With a product, you need to provide service as well. I asked few queries related to limited broker, how to add nested AND /OR logic... It's been 3 days but no acknowlegment, no response.
No lots off glich there not showing profit on dashboard, if shown then order in upstock / zeroda doesn't placed, and even there helper team are not good, not response in time, nor Liston anything, 😢
Assume if have a limited funds will every strategy deploy requires different amount of funds and how to decide when to deploy which strategy in different market conditions.
Algorooms product is faulty. Backtesting not working. If any strategy is having 4 leg and only 1 leg executed then they will not notify you and you will in huge loss. If yiu raise query then customer care does have any answer. Paper trading also showing wrong result. I have huge respect for theta gainer'guy but this product is useless.
Even I experienced same.. There are some bugs in the tool.. I created one hedge strategy for Delta neutral.. It supposed to execute at 9.16 which has 6 ra premium in both sides of bank nifty. But I did not do it.. When I called their support team ( Tushar is one attended my call) he was saying there might be no strikes which ur premiums... Or the issue is from Zerodha side... He asked me to check with them.. On 2nd day. I deployed same strategy now it executed only one hedge instead of 2...did not execute 2nd hedge.. They are giving very casual and wage answers... Saying it's zerodha api issues check with them... Or they don't have required band with to punch enough orders in a minute. Over all it's very poor response and bad support from technical team.. I asked him to send me an email with the same reason he said he can't provide... There is no proper support on technical side to adress our issues.. This guy Tushar is good for nothing. He gave the call to other guy , I spent more than 45 mins with him... He was trying to convince me that the issue is from zerodha not from their side.. Really pathetic responses. They don't even bother about technical glitches.. They don't have any proper answers and responses..

Many problems while making the terminal ON, errors while getting broker connection. Helpdesk not replying. Server connection errors. Make the website strong.
