Exceptionally bright. Folks driving by probably thought that you were a grave robber.
I don't think anyone driving by will stop to find out what's going on, I wouldn't. Besides, most of the people here in town mind their own business. Thankfully. On a rare occasion the police stop by but they just want to see what I'm doing, we chat a bit and they move on.
The UI seriously makes it the best emergency light. No manual needed, even a toddler can figure it out, can increase/decrease as you wish, and good range even on medium mode. And then there's USB-C.
