Changli w/ Encore can do more dmg and quick to pass for sure , but besides the time race in ToA , Changli w/ Encore not usual to see this team. Changli and Encore , they also can be a hypercarry for leading one team. Like ToA you only have 10/10 energy for every character , Changli w/ Encore in one team is too waste in my opinion. For most player , w/ rover obviously be more easy to play.

I knew Changli w/ Encore can clear ID.10ToA Berigal at 25s
but Changli w/ Rover...maybe 3Xs , I think.
