      As a Navy veteran who has been on a large navy ship that went to general quarters because of a problem threatening the ship, I will never ever get on one of these contraptions. When the navy ship goes to general quarters, every sailor aboard has a job to perform, they all have a station to man. When the Concordia was ran aground in January 2012, all the help was trying to get off the ship. I remember a passenger saying that she was asking employees what should she do, and they never answered her, they were running for their lives. Now the crew is not at fault because they are hired to serve people and not to rescue people. The companies are banking that the ships have no problems, but they did. Nope, not interested on going on one of those, and besides, when going out in a Navy vessel you actually get chance to see and enjoy the ocean.

      Are you guys blind this ship is beautiful for a cruise ship the reason this ship doesn't look appealing to some people like the queen mary two is because she was designed as a city ship and a slow pleasure cruise a ship that can hold as much people as can be with all the stuff of a city while the queen mary two is a ocean liner a ship that is designed to move as fast can be and as far as can be so she is designed sleek for airodymatics in mind and less space with a though outer shell for ice burgs she is not a cruise ship.
      The queen mary two and the symphony of the seas are both beautiful ship's non is more beautiful.

    • @fredim7977
      @fredim7977 4 года назад +5

      The ship is made up of 90 blocks, which are each build seperately and then stacked by a crane. Each Block is engineered upside down to make it easier to fit piping and such, but it also allows for painting the hull. Then the block is flipped and welded onto the ship.
