soprastanti i comuni di Bagnolo Piemonte, Luserna San Giovanni e Rorà presentano svariati siti estrattivi della pietra di Luserna, una roccia metamorfica, appartenente al gruppo comunemente chiamato Gneiss, di tipo lamellare. Largamente impiegata in edilizia, si presenta come pietra di pregio con svariati utilizzi.
Movimento Terra nelle ultime settimane ha effettuato un tour in questi siti estrattivi per raccontarne l'estrazione mediante escavatori di grossa taglia, ma anche la lavorazione in stabilimento per farvi scoprire il prodotto finito. The mountains above the municipalities of Bagnolo Piemonte, Luserna San Giovanni and Rorà have various extraction sites of Luserna stone, a metamorphic rock belonging to the group commonly called Gneiss, of lamellar type. Widely used in construction, it presents itself as a valuable stone with various uses.
