Royal Enfield's most popular bike is the Classic 350 which sells more than the Bajaj Pulsar series in spite of costing close to Rs. 1.5 lakhs. There is no direct rival to the Royal Enfield Classic but the recent launch of UM Renegade has given prospective buyers an alternative.

Top 10 Reasons Why People buy Royal Enfield =
1. Majority of the Men are Not Fit, they are Fat, and hence cannot sit comfortably on any other bike except Royal Enfield and Bajaj Avenger, this explains the sales numbers
2. Royal Enfield keeps Low Production on purpose so the impression of High Demand is created which makes people think it is selling like hot cakes or a lot of people are in line to buy it, all of this is false, its just a marketing strategy
3. People think since it is made of metal it will last longer and will be more durable, what these idiots dont know is that this cheap metal will rust faster and will make the bike so heavy that it will be difficult to lift it if it falls on you, quite recently a biker died due to getting stuck under his Royal Enfield and unable to lift it to get away while it caught fire spontaneously
4. People think Royal Enfield is an Indian Brand and display the Prestige of India, what they dont know is that Royal Enfield was never an Indian Brand, it was a British brand and was bought by Eicher in 1993
5. People think the noise from the Royal Enfield exhast, The Thump makes them feel Royal and makes others think it is a Luxurious and Costly Bike, it is a Costly Bike but in no way a Luxurious Bike, such people should wait for Husqvarna to come to India, that is when they will realize how an Exhast should sound like
6. People like to carry their whole family on a two wheeler, the husband rides the enfield, his wife sits behind him and his two children sit between the husband and the wife, they have made a Bike a functional People Carrier, who needs a car ?

Surprisingly, many RE owners are under the impression that waiting periods are long because every motorcycle is hand-made. I agree to a large part that their production process is more labour intensive but long waiting periods are intentional to give customers a feeling of being rewarded rather than being robbed of time and money!

I own an electra. I rode right from a Kinetic Luna till now the Electra and a lot in between (Chethaks, CBZ Extreme, Shine, Passion plus, Caliber). My bullet is by far the worst of all I owned till now. I always loved a bullet but not anymore. Your way of presentation is funny and its not that worse (Ex:- Fuel pump scene :-)) but yeah I do agree with all the points. My hard earned 1.3lkhs is now a 184kg worthless rusting piece of metal shit.. I still own this for one and only reason. Suits my 6 2" height and 125kilos weight LOL!!! Any other bike you can suggest that will suit me? Budget is 2lkhs.. If you can suggest I'd appreciate that.. Once an RE lover but throwing a like to this vid.. 👍🏻

When I was in High School (1968 California, USA) I saw a Royal Enfield 750 Interceptor twin in the local motorcycle shop for sale. $750.00 US. I was 17 years old, and it was the most beautiful machine I had ever seen ! Years later I bought a Norton 850 Interstate because of the image that Enfield had left in my mind . . . . . love / hate relationship ! Yet the memories I have will last the rest of my life. So I have a "soft spot" for the Royal Enfield. Do NOT intend to buy one ! ! ! Take Care !

I think what you saw that day was a RE Interceptor 650 Twin, because I don't think RE ever released a 750cc motorcycle.
@@jaikapur They did in 1960s, it wasn't a 750cc engine but that's what they called a 736cc first series interceptor. The commentator is is clearly talking about that INT from 60s as he's mentions the date.
The twins you're referring to were launched in 2017 or 18 I'm not sure.

RE is not meant for speed or acceleration , it meant for pleasure of riding , it's a long gear ratio motorcycle meant for long distance riding and reliability that is why 99.9% of people ride it in ladhak region as it could bear tons of load on those rough terrains also maintain the balance without any fatigue, and Indian army has been using it since last 50 yrs. I do not care what Yamaha , Ktm , honda or other plastic riders tell me I ride an iron bull and it's my pride.

#motorbeam I have appreciated each n every video that u guys make and have seen most of them but this is review is not acceptable to me. I know u guys have always been frank when it comes to reviewing a vehicle but this not the way. I myself own an Enfield and I know that there lot many problems with these bikes yet I differ with your opinion about the brand, and specially with the statement 'those who ride real bikes'. I think, that is a bit too much. Royal Enfield has a big cult following and by saying that it's stupid choice to take an Enfield it's as if saying that the people owning an Enfield are stupid. I respect each and every bike that different brands come out with but insulting a brand to follow their traditions of ruggedness and simplicity is just not done. I sincerely feel as your follower/subscriber that u should atleast respect what each and every brand promotes and try not to insult them for doing the same. In short all I am trying to say is that respect is important in the brotherhood and try to keep it at a decent level. We all are motorheads, riders, travellers let's play it decent and respectful.
p.s. loved your review on the dominar, planning to buy it in the coming few months.(Not selling off the Enfield though).

I have owned a classic for 3 years now, I have taken trips of more than 6k kms in under a month, without one breakdown. Its a beautiful bike, however the vibration beyond 80kmph disabling the rear view is a real problem, and I hope its been fixed with twin cylinder and changed handle bar with the 650, waiting eagerly for a test drive.

the reason behind the sales of RE is only kids like you ride toys but real men go for for bullet btw who taught u spend 2lac aur 2.5 lac on fibre whereas u get the full metal bike at maximum 2.60l and minimum 2.20l royal enfield itself says its for royal ppl and not for kids bro (for u kind info tht ain't racer bike there is a quite difference between a cruiser and racer bikes)

I am a classic 350 owner for the past 5 years. And what you all say is correct. RE has got vibrations, the parts don't have older quality, vibrations etc ... but for me I have rode many bikes, but none of it gives me the happiness and feel of riding an RE. Yes there are vibrations, but thats how it is.. You either love it or hate it.. for me I love it and I ride nearly 90 kilometers daily. I can say that sometimes it gave me worst nightmares also :D .. i am switching to Thunderbird now since I feel it is more comfortable for long rides. I cannot even think about Bajaj.....

The technology on an RE is incredibly simple. If you can't figure out what's wrong with it, you either aren't trying or you are afraid of doing the work. This describes the motorcyclist in the USA today: an entitled jackass who can't do any of his own work and tries to solve every problem by throwing money at it.

SATHYA MANIKANTA it is not a bike brother!!!! It's an heaven. The only disadvantage is it vibrates a lot. But that is the bike's character. And there won't be fuel gauge. So when you're bike comes to reserve you have to fill the tank. Keeping you're bike on main is always best. Reserve tank is 2litres so keep it always about that. No other problems with that. Enjoy the beast.

Royal Enfield is not only about the bullet bikes... there are Thunderbirds, Himalayans and continental gts as well. Almost every bullet rider irrespective of the fact whether he is a bullet lover or not accepts all the limitations of the bike and still buys it.So the ones complaining are either non bullet owners or they have failed by buying a bullet which they probably are not capable of riding.

Classic 350 is really irritating bike...My friend had one..He told his experience...Maintainance is too high, Vibrations are too much, bad handling..Not reliable and many more..When he was planning to buy RE 350, that time i suggested him to not buy this bike, but he got trapped in RE marketing and that pride, status, and feeling stuff😂..After some time he realized that he made mistake..Then he sold that bike and now he suggesting others to not buy RE bikes😄.
No improvements in Bs6 model also🤦♂️
So don't get Trapped in brand Marketing and see the ground reality..

I owned an Electra 2012-18 right from first year, it was complete hassle , weakest engine, fails to start on crucial time, full of rust, poor braking, glad to have sold
