Hello , my machine is working but its not start heating one i press the start button it should turn to red in my case its keep white and the magnet plate is not pressing the cup
Hi. I am not sure which parts are used there. It might be a mechanical issue. In the past when I started opening the coffee machine there was times I reassembled wrong and power button was not working. Then I changed how I assemble it. I hope that helps.

Hi, there is a fuse in the heater and you need to change that fuse in order for it to heat again. I am planning to make a video for that.
