The wee Sakura Blossom plushy is just too cute!!! I smell a whole line/set of plushies in the future for sure! That would be wonderful! And it's so nice to see more DTG/DTF making happening. It's something that I enjoyed at a previous employer, both watching and doing, so it's nice to see again! Also the information you gave at the beginning about your process on how to get things out of your head, into a list, and doing it was very nice. I find that I'm in that "well, it's all in my head, so I'll get to it at some point" is what's been going on. I am working to break the cycle though! It's always motivational and so cathartic to watch your vlogs and read your patreon messages and updates when they go live :) Thank you so much! I can't wait for what's to come!

Your videos inspired me so much!! I finally quit my job and started my own youtube channel where I'm documenting growing my small business. Somehow my first vlog blew up too so it's given me so much motivation to keep going!! I don't think my first shop launch will be amazing but I'm totally ready to keep developing it :) Although, I did have big success in my first in-person event!! Thank you so much katherine for inspiring me and giving me the info I needed to pursue this!!

Hi just thought I’d share my thoughts with you. When you package your beautiful gaming mats into a box. If you cut the 4 corners of the box you can reduce the height. Therefore reducing the need for filler material saving some money ❤ Eggburt made me laugh. Giving lip 😂

The medium that we show off are character have changed though the years and its so great to know that little artist have found a way to still tell their stories of their characters.❤

I think you should try to stay a season ahead. Working in spring in the fall and fall in the spring. That way you gave your collections manufactured and secured well before any launch. Also allowing for any problem solving that might be required. If you had your fall collections/drops fully realized and manufactured by the end of spring or early summer, think how much peace of mind that would bring. Just a thought.

Sell the DTFs! Can you imagine finding the perfect Halloween checkered flannel and ironing the pumpkins on the back 🤩 plus it would make a nice little earner in between launching clothing lines if some one misses out on a clothing item they can get the dtf and diy it themselves ❤

YES! Please do make jumpers and more tops or even just DTFs. I've been hoping you would for ages. What about doing a Kickstarter or similar for pre-orders? Some of my favourite authors do them for bonus book merch and it's a great way to support authors/artists. That Sakura plushie is super cute!

I think you could do something really cool with one or two of your characters which is about jetting off or something. People are always going on hols so I feel like that kind of merch would always sell. Don’t get me wrong, your style/designs sell anyway but just an idea. Officially crushed ...... No Bugaboo till next year......... Sadness.... but I would be interested in purchasing DTF transfers as I only buy 2nd hand clothes and even though I don't have a heat press, I can take it to a place in town and have them do it on my 2nd hand clothes for just a few dollars. The plushies would be great, they are so cute. Perhaps if you can eliminate the middle man all together the price may come down a bit and you would possibly produce more variety and sell alot more. I was thrilled to see the new vlog, I write them down in my planner because I look forward to them sooooooo much. Hope you are well, keep looking up!

I make my own stuffies as part of my business and you can do the testing yourself. There are various websites which help you through the process - it works for me as I only make small batches and the cost of testing out-of-house would not be cost effective for my business.
