You didnt mention that fight or flight lets your pokemon fight vanilla hostile mobs with you, which is its best feature and helps cobblemon fit so much better into the core minecraft gameplay

How do you make them fight mobs ?
Yeah, I removed it from my pack due to the aggressive mobs getting a bit annoying to deal with, but when I realized that my Ceruledge no longer fought beside me, I added it back in immediately. It would be nice to have a toggle for some of the features, but that one alone is worth using it.
@@ram5241 I don't know if they all do it, and sometimes it's not very obvious, but you just send them out of their Pokeball near mobs and attack the mobs. I've seen Ceruledge fight and my Charmeleon at least seemed to light some of them on fire. It would be nice if there were more obvious animations, but it's pretty cool regardless.
This was actually so informative! Most YTbers just say “there are addons” and it’s just the annoying ones that don’t add much, but a lot of these are so nice and integrate well into game!

While I'm of the opinion that figuring out which "adds missing Pokémon" addons don’t conflict with the latest update is a hassle and thus am not particularly interested in MissingMons, many of these other mods are *very* good and I'll absolutely be adding them to my Cobblemon playthrough. Fight or Flight was the only one of these I knew of before.

most of these mods are nice but i think mods that add new pokemons arent really necessary? i'd just wait for the dev to add them into cobblemon later.

Idk if you have a fix for this, but I put the data pack of missing mons in my world and it's activated but I don't see any of the pokemon it's added
You also need to add it to your resourcepack folder! 😎

how did you get missingmons to work? Every other datapack works great, but the pokemon from missingmons are still just subsitute dolls

The missingmons addon is a bit different than the other addons, because you have to place it into your resource pack folder AND in your datapack folder! I hope this helped 👻

Whenever I try to use it I can't find the structures in my world, I just keep finding normal villages. I also downloaded the mods that were necessary (the roof and window mods) and I can't seem to get it to work.
Hey so I added the data pack of the Cobblemon Towns and all the houses are unfinished, like missing roofs and windows. Any idea why that's happening?
You need to have the macaws windows and macaws roofs mods downloaded
Macaw's windows and roofs need to be installed for the houses to generate properly!🙀

The datapacks and resource packs work for either forge and fabric, This is the compatibility for the mods:
Fight or Flight: Forge and Fabric
Ascension Megamons: Forge and Fabric
Simple TM's: Forge only
