  • ‪@Dean_Trips‬’s Dean & Isabele visit the Cascatas de Fecha de Barjas also known as Tahiti Waterfalls in Portugal’s National Park. The Peneda-Gerês National Park is about and hour and a half drive northeast of Porto or about 45 minutes outside of Braga. The waterfalls are close to the road and there are enough parking options, with roadside as well as a grassy pay to park area (€2). The walk down to the pools is not long but good footwear is needed especially to go all the way to the bottom of the falls. The cool water is very refreshing on a hot July afternoon.
