It was a good video. You explained the performance metrics very well. I understood the terms very well. Your tone was calm and normal.
Improvements:
1. You could have divided your time equally amongst all the 4 scores (you covered mostly the performance score)
2. Could have compared desktop performance score with mobile performance score

Does Performance directyle impacts SEO score somewhere in the background? Or even better - would website with better Performance parameter beat the website with lower Performance but same SEO score?
How to use this in Android devices
Great video. However, you can go from very bad performance scores (27) to ultra high scores (97) just by switching from Elementor to Oxygen ;)
That really hurts when you skip “Accessibility” as an important one!
