In vietnam, the wife doesn't change her last name. When they have children, the children can have their father's last name or their mother's last name. And in Vietnam, they have nickname too. Nickname is the name your relatives call you when you small by your characteristic or your parents' characteristic. They can be: ice-cream, bean, duck, etc. And sometimes when you grow up they may be call you by your nickname.
