Those exfoliating gloves are the truth! I use them with my body wash too when I’m feeling extra dry.
And I REALLY appreciate the shower after the bath. Like I didn’t know more people don’t do this!
I'mma try to remember to get some exfoliating gloves, I've never tried them, I usually use my hands 😂.

room so my kids and husband don’t bother me and enjoy 💕
I wish we would make more self care into a norm. Like your showing, ladies and gents it’s okay to just wakeup and say “I’m going to make today about me, I’m putting away my phone and distressing today” whether it’s in the middle of the day or at night. I couldn’t sleep one night and I got up at midnight literally and ran me a nice bubble bath! I love this video definitely a big inspiration. Can’t wait for more! 💕💕💕
Missy a tip for you with press on nails so they don’t pop off so easy and last longer is file the inside of the nail and get rid of the shiny surface where you gonna be glueing on the nail, for me it keeps my nails on at least 2 weeks if not longer without one popping off, sometimes their on too good and are a nightmare to get off but hey they last til your ready to put on a new pair
When you pulled that heating pad out. Took me out girl lol! 😂😂 I thoroughly enjoyed this. I love a good spa day. My next spa day ima def use my heating pad in the chair. I haven’t done that lol

I watched this video once and here I am back again for the third time. I keep coming back to reference the pedicure portion of the video. I loved it and really went out and bought pretty much all the products used and my own foot tub. Thank you. This has changed the game! This is by far the best quarantine self care routine I've watched and I'll tell you I've watched a lot.

I've been doing the at home pedicure & press on nails for about a year now to cut back on my spending. It's so relaxing. Hopefully I can treat myself to a real pedicure by the time my birthday gets here in June

Yes! Kiss Nails 💋 I've been using Kiss nails for about 3 years now. Im a professional cook, so I can't even wear nail polish let alone acrylic nails. So to get my "fix" I wear press on nails and then when I have to go back to work I just take them off. Since quarantine I've stocked up now that I can wear them a bit longer!
