I owned and drove a Pajero mini for 3 years. You’re gonna want to drive it above 3k RPM to keep the turbo ready to rock. It lives its best life up high in the RPM range.
I used to do new car inspections at the port here, and there always used to be an awesome used JDM section with GTR, Evo, Chasers, RX7, and lots of pimp mini vans
As a lifetime Mitsubishi guy (my dad was one of the first Mitsu techs in the US and worked for them for decades. I worked for them and it's all I've ever driven) I'm super stoked about the Pajero. I had a full size Montero of the same generation and that basically looks like a tiny version of what I had. Too cool! Seeing Adam that jazzed about Kei cars warms my cold dead heart.
