- A witness for the state in the YSL RICO case was arrested on Wednesday on a material witness warrant. The prosecution stated that the woman does not want to testify and have anything to do with this case. Rapper Young Thug is currently on trial for multiple RICO charges.

I started watching the trial a few days ago but I couldn’t understand why the DA’s witnesses were not supporting their position and watching this video it makes total sense and proves why Love has made a bad look for herself and the state. It’s amazing the corruption they’ve gotten away with

So they caught a witness and they're forcing her to testify. Love made great sacrifices to connect with the witness pereonally and stumbled upon key evidence regarding 3rd party statements. Then she hunted the witness for months and here we are.
She wants the judge to pre-overrule any objections to question format because she has case law defining a leading question with broader terms. She also wants the judge to pre approve the state treating the witness as hostile based on other case law.

This judge needs to go, all he does is site with State, then like defense said, state had all day to share with them about this witness, and a 1pm start, they say and share nothing and now ur supposed to rush and get ur interview over with her….
