Then she hunted the witness for months and here we are. She wants the judge to pre-overrule any objections to question format because she has case law defining a leading question with broader terms. She also wants the judge to pre approve the state treating the witness as hostile based on other case law.
So they arrested, harrassed and ignored the fact she is in a dire frame of mind because she's obsessed with this case which has been a mess since day one! 😮😢
