Lovely Soul what I did initially was see a family doctor and had him write a prescription based on the prescription from my Canadian doctor. for longer term, you can see a psychologist and get referred to an endocrinologist.. DON'T go to gender team they will make you wait more than a year even if you already have prescription.. Google psycho informa group and tanja van hengel and make an appointment there. also no you can't buy hormones (or much of anything really) here without prescription.. the Dutch love their paperwork..
