I got this figure off of Ringside collectables and I love it. In my Warrior collection, this one stands out. I have a lot of figures, but I would never want to have them be investment pieces. there is always a chance Mattel could rerelease some potentially rare figure. With that being said, I would love it if they ran back The Texas Tornado. I got my Greatest Hits Harley Race today and it's already one of my favorite figures in my collection :)
I would have snatched more Ultimate Editions up back then but I didn't really have the money at the time. I am thankful for the re-releases so I can pay normal retail price for figures I've missed out on.
I did the same with Mania 7 Warrior. I sprung on Macho Man but I couldn't justify the price to myself at the time and I skipped on him completely. The updated version turned out to be a little bit better anyway.

Great Warrior story 💪 only warrior story I have is when I went to see him at the Oakland California coliseum in 1990 all the wrestlers had security guards escorting them to the ring when it was the warrior's time to perform he was running so fast to the ring the security guards couldn't keep up with him & said Fuk it and let him finish running to the ring by himself😂
So the big things are the different torso, the double jointed pinless elbows, as well as the butterfly joint. To me, that would justify another purchase. Keep the old in the gear in a more static pose, new one in a more dynamic

I remember watching the Ultimate One at a show on tv back in the day and I became a fan instantly and 4 life. The running savage with the face paint, the muscles, the energy & just his presence made an impact on me. His enigmatic “persona” was such that left an indelible print on my mind that will never be erased. I loved The Ultimate Warrior and will always be his fan. I miss the man terribly tho I’d like to think that he’s happy back where he hailed from “Parts Unknown” living of the Universal energy as he often pointed out to his legions of Warriors. Long live The Ultimate Warrior! 💪🏼

Just like all rereleases going to pick up for upgrades but getting rid of old. IMO ultimates are not worth doubling up anymore. The value is shot down & everyday their will be upgrades
In my opinion just like they did with everything else wcw dropped the ball with the ultimate warrior. Twice if you count the 1995 renegade fiasco. As usual wwe had to clean up their mess and released this awesome Halloween Havoc 1998 Warrior figure
lol that was a funny story how u met the warrior i remember when i met the Undertaker in sears in Chicago me n a friend got his autograph years ago wen he was with Sara n after the session my friend used the washroom n Undertaker went in after him n his body guards were blocking the door lol it was a crazy day

The Halloween Havoc one is the best one imo…it’s hit the best looking head sculpt…like Bret Hart they have a hard time getting the likeness down

I stopped collecting wrestling figures. It just got to be too much. This way I get to collect other things like S7 Thundercats and G.I. Joe figures.
