I really love Lou. She might be a stubborn goat, but she is such a brilliant matriarchal figure of the Fowler family. This scene was bloody brilliant with amazing performances and writing x
Lou was stable strong and reminded me, of the traditional family life stability etc.lou was like the strengrh of the male and female figure rolled into one.
What an incredibly sexist comment ! Lou Beale was a woman (nothing "male" about her). There was no male in this context. She was powerful because she had to live a life on her terms and albeit fictionally, she did it well. Lou was the strength of a woman (a man doesn't come into it at all). EDIT: ....and before you say, "I didn't mean it like that" - you absolutely did ! She wasn't "like" a man and a woman rolled into one - she was a woman and ONLY a woman. Many women (like my Grandmother lived very much on their own terms).... they didn't have to be "like a man" because a man was absent. They were WOMEN and ONLY women with FEMALE characteristics. Your comment is absolutely sexist ! Do better !
I have SVT and so need someone to hold my hand and tell me its going to be ok... im crying all day every day with terror of these things... to have someone love me would be so nice. I just want an ablation so i get my life back

We're losing all the old wise ladies in our lives. She reminds me of my old gran when she was alive.
My gran was just like Lou I miss her so much she always had the best advice 🥺💔

To be honest, I'd pay good morning to see Lou give Den a horsewhipping.
Would be the other way round more like.
