I'm definitely not the most skilled artist, but I think I could give you a few tips that I've heard from others and have worked for me. *Color Theory* Try studying color theory and try to choose less saturated colors. I find that your art does use saturated colors often. Don't use them unless they're absolutely necessary. Saturated colors can make the drawing look blown out. *Refrain From Overlay* I realize that in your tutorial, you said that you used overlay to shade. The reason why this isn't a very good thing is that you shouldn't shade with black. A darker version of a color is black. It makes the drawing look a bit odd. Use different colors to shade. Experiment with colors! Again, these are just suggestions and you don't have to follow them. I just wanted to let you take this into consideration. Also, have you ever heard of Amino?

I am in love with the ballerina you drew! She was so pretty! Then again, I'm partial to ballerina's bc I have a friend who takes ballet. It's actually really helpful bc she sends me pictures of her poses bc I have three ballerina ocs
