  • Join me on my journey from India to South Korea! 🌏 This vlog is about preparing to be an international student in Korea as I navigate health checkups, conquer visa applications, indulge in a hair smoothening treat, pack my bags for my adventure, and soar into the skies toward my new Korean life! 🇮🇳✈️🇰🇷 #IndiaToKorea #studentlifeabroad #southkorea #koreavlog
    ----------------
    List of items to definitely pack for Korea.
    ----
    Clothes and footwear (duh)
    Thermal wear (if you are arriving in winters)
    Documents - education certificates, identity proofs, bank-related details
    Indian Spices (basics for cooking)
    Basic medicines (for emergencies)
    English novels (if you love reading, it’s harder to find them in Korea)
    Pressure cooker (Indian style cookers are expensive and hard to find)
    Big bath towel (harder to find here)
    Travel adapter for electronics

    Aap korea kaise gaye ? Or kya korea jane k liye cbse board hona jaroori hai?

    • @dee.pika_verma
      @dee.pika_verma  Месяц назад

      CBSE jaroori nahi hai. bas aapki English achi honi chahiye. English exam (IELTS) mai score 5.5 tak hona chahiye. lekin university to university depend karta hai. Kuch kuch courses k like Korean language again chaiye tho TOPIK exam ka score maangtey hain vol.

      depends on your degree. university website mai details diye honge.. but Han stem subjects k like 99% cases mai IELTS chahiye hota hai.

    If you're not gks scholar then how you're managing your expenses like study and living, you do part time job?? Or is it because family supponser , i heard korea is extremely expensive even koreans are nowdays not confident to live there meanwhile many indians moving there jabkii korean won indian rupees mein bhot less hota h (100000 won is equal to 10000 inr, toh ghar paise bhejna kaise manage hota hoga🤔) sorry if all this questions are weird but i belong to middle class family so ghar paisa bhejna is all i think about first 😄

    • @dee.pika_verma
      @dee.pika_verma  Месяц назад +1

      I understand your concern. I don’t have to send money back home but I would love to since I belong to a middle class family also. But it’s hard to manage just my finance let alone send something.
      Korea is expensive but in comparison to western countries, not as much. And Indians go to these countries.. but yes, part-time job as someone who does not speak Korean is VERY DIFFICULT TO GET. And as for how I manage, it’s a very long explanation that I might give some other time.

      @@dee.pika_verma I'm planning to move to another country, I want to explore my solo life and also wants to help my parents financially so was looking for countries. Korea cought my eyes because heard of flexible work hours and safety for girls 😄Feels like Korea is not for me in financial support.

    • @dee.pika_verma
      @dee.pika_verma  Месяц назад +1

      Safety is a huge plus.. like I can go out at midnight and feel extremely safe. But if you think about Korea for work, then learn Korean and give TOPIK exam. There’s no other way .. you HAVE to get at least TOPIK 4 for a good paying job
