I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and my favourite restaurant chain here is called Bamiyan Kabob which is owned and operated by Afghani people. I discovered them by accident and their food is fantastic.
Raw meat processing, cooking, serving, and eating, all happening within a 10 meter circle. Beautiful. Love Afghanistan from Bangladesh.
