This is the first song I've liked as a kid/teenager. I remembered the title as 'banana song' for some reason and only remembered the 'i say hey, my life is ok' part and now I finally found it again! I still love this song but I remember it quite differently, especially now that I fully understand the lyrics (I'm not a native ENG speaker).

@Arcterion :-) In the time it came out, it was played on "the box" music television sometimes, but on the radio ( Radio 3fm ) I almost never heard it.
