Met Rory @ Stan Rogers folkfest in 02 ...Incredible artist ...wont forget the music that night....he is one of a kind...very few real.artists like Rory it seems
Great little insight in to Rory's life on the road. I have enjoyed Rory's music and words for many years. Both my sons were brought up listening to Rory's music and when I asked my youngest son what I could do to help make his 21st birthday the best, he asked if I could arrange for Rory to play live. Luckily enough for everyone that evening we were able to watch Rory play. He asked if there were any special songs that my son wanted to hear and yes one of his favs is Sandpaper Blues was played and it was fantastic. Great evening, lovely man and we all still support him when ever we can. See you at Purbeck in August
Last year, I got to speak to Rory, when he played at the tiny Green Note club in London. I thanked him for his songs & music, which have enriched my life. Very few musicians tell such personal stories in their songs. Thanks again, Rory.
Great.you are a real legend.songs and stories are the threads we weave our lives together with.if you ever fancy playing bude in cornwall I'll find you a venue!
I've always loved your music Rory and particularly because your soul authenticity shines through all that you sing. Truth and authenticity mean a lot to me. Keep that star of yours shining as it lightens up our lives. x
Heard you at Vancouver Folkfest July 18, 2015 Loved Farewell Welfare...that's an old song for you, new for me...thanks for sharing, thanks coming to Vancouver. The struggle continues...cheers!

I too have been a big fan of Rory since the late 80's, I'd love to see the full length film, I wonder when it will be available. Hi Ed Farey, I wonder if we are related.
Ellen Farey Same here; I still have several of his LP's from those days. Never ever have I seen him programmed in Belgium where I live. Would love to see a live gig some day...

Ludo. He is always travelling and gigging so keep your fingers crossed he'll make it to Belgium. You could always take a trip to the UK maybe....
Ellen Farey Yes I could do that I guess - if Mozes doesn't come to the mountain... (it sure is weird typing with fingers crossed ;-))
