Batman Arkham Origins: Intensive Training All Medals

Done early in the story so stuff like critical strikes aren't unlocked yet because Arkham Origin's progression is well thought out and won't lock you out of important upgrades for 80% of the story (looking at you, Disarm & Destroy).
