Omg, a beauty-tuber that covers several options, FULLY, thoroughly describes product, usage and comparison and does swatches AND actually shows what each one looks like on the face with full application! Everything I have longed for! 😜seriously tho. Everyone should do this. Fantastic.
milani's liquid blushes are what i reach for most so i was really happy to see them here. medium-deep skin friendly AND approved! cloud paints are just meh, but i like them for a skincare topper on days where i'm not gonna wear eyeshadow. i was shocked flower beauty's didn't get mentioned! those are amazing & cheap, i just wish they weren't named bombs lol. with that said, my most coveted technique recently has been using lipstick as blush haha. if i ever pan all of my current blush, i wouldn't get more again. just maybe 5 or 6 high end, luxurious lipsticks for an easy monochromatic look, or just for my cheek. Pat McGrath's Apricult is like a my blush but better shade, it's dreamy.
i'm sure you're already forming your own idea of this, but i forgot to mention-- it would be lovely to get a part two with techniques like the one i mentioned, and products that people who wear makeup often might not be as intimidated by, like the highly pigmented flower beauty ones. maybe like... cream blush: intermediate/advanced guide. you could even throw in a nod to Lisa Eldridge who does similar videos and also showcase draping. whatever you do, i'm sure it will be tolerable. (:
I LOVE cream blush. I've had dry skin for several years now, so this stuff's a lifesaver in the winters, when I'm looking particularly pasty and colorless. I use my fingers to blend it; the warmth of a hand is a cream product's best friend, and makes it melt into the skin with just a few quick strokes. Now, if only cream highlighters worked as well...
Cream/gel/liquid blushes are my favorite part of every morning. Even if I’m not leaving the house, I just love putting them on. My favorites are the Pixi Sheer Cheek Gel, the Physicians Formula Muticolor Stick, and (on your recommendation) the Honest Beauty Crème Cheek Blush.
I love liquid and cream blushes, I often use more than one shade at a time - layered, a different pop of color, etc. For application I go old-school and use my fingertips and pat-pat-pat-pat-pat or use a beauty blender, or a brush if it's a creamier formula. I personally find the super-firm stick formulas (e.g., Fenty, NARS, some Colourpop) the trickiest to use, they need to be "worked" a little on the back of the hand or warmed up in some way so those are slowly leaving my collection in favor of softer, more emollient products. I left this elsewhere but: please check out Undone beauty, their cream blushes are lovely and I'm a longtime fan of their foundation/concealer cream.
New cream blushes now available from Jouer and Wayne Goss. Two colors in one package seems to be growing in popularity though I think I'd prefer one color at half the price. Probably doesn't work that way because the beautiful packaging plays a part in the overall pricing scheme.
If you haven't yet it would be nice to see a vid of the "dewiest" tinted moisturizers, blushes, etc. And which products tend to stay dewiest the longest. Like I know for some cream blushes by nature they might not last long in reality.
I would love to see that video too! Are you in Canada? If you are, Quo (Shoppers Drug Mart's store makeup brand) came out with these Featherweight Cream Blushes and these Dewy Liquid blushes. The featherweight ones are nice and dewy and it fades to a nice satin over the day, and the liquid ones are dewy as FUCK and stay dewy literally til you take them off. Same with the new Physicians Formula Organic Wear Elixir Blushes - insanely dewy, stay dewy til you wash the blush off. I hope this helps a bit until Amanda comes and enlightens us with more options!! :))

With stick blushes I just put it right on my face😂 I wear the smallest amount of skin tint and concealer so I don’t really worry about it disturbing anything
I crown thee Queen of Blush!!!☺️👑 LOL no but seriously you are like my supreme go-to cream makeup (or any makeup for that matter) guru! Thank you for all your knowledge and I hope your viewership is starting to reflect your hard work 💕
I’ve been loving the A’pieu water light tints. They’re like the EM serum blushes, but wayyy cheaper. I have three colors and am thinking about trying more, but maybe I should use up one of the ones I have now first lol
I love cream products! I decided to give away all my blushes last year except for all of the Glossier cloud paints since I felt I could achieve so many colors from mixing shades and they are going to last for so long, but when they are finally used up I think I will switch to something else. I’ve been wanting to try the Milk blushes for so long, but this video really made me want to try the Em cosmetics as well!
Just what I needed!! I’m about to pick up the free Sephora birthday gift this month with the Milk Makeup blush stick, and I was worried I wouldn’t know how to use it. Thanks for the tips! :)
You are so bubbly and I like listening to your explanation. I have most of them on this list and I bought them because of you! I know makeup is your focus but can you do a full skincare routine?

But honestly unless you plan to use only the big one, mini might be the way to go. * also the full size is bulky to travel with... not that I'm going anywhere rn lol

What sponge are you using? What brand is it? Great video by the way I really am wanting to transition to cream blush I just feel like the powder blush isn’t looking very good on my skin lately. Maybe it’s because my skin is changing due to getting older I’m not sure but this video helped me so much thank you. I would really like to purchase the sponge your using.
I used to hate blush and never wore one until I tried Daniel Sandler's watercolors. I finally understood what people see in blushes ahahaha. I lately bought a blush stick from Wycon (Cheek me up) in the colour Soft Brick and I'm blown by the quality considered it costs about 5€. I think you would absolutely like it (I use it on powders)
I don't know if I'm the only one, but with age, I really hate the way powder formulations look on my skin. The only blush that I haven't gift to my friends is the Maquillage dramatic mood veil from Shiseido. But nothing else looks good on my skin rather than cream or liquid blushes/bronzers/highlighters. Soon I'm gonna try some products from Danessa Myricks, have you try other products from her line? About the dry sponge....I'm lazy, so I use it dry because of that, but it works great for cream and liquid blushes! (also creamy foundations)

Maybe it’s because my skin is changing due to getting older I’m not sure but this video helped me so much thank you. I would really like to purchase the sponge your using.
Thank you for making such helpful content! 💗
Also, I would die for a blush-bronzer hybrid, cause in winter I tend to avoid brighter colours, so maybe you have some shade recommendations
I need to know what eyeshadow you’re wearing in this video !!
I recommend minis of blush if available. Cream goes bad faster and how often do we really finish a color product.
Now I have an excuse to buy more blush! 😂
Omg worth the hype!!! Such a helpful video
Wuich one would you consider be most long lasting? 😊
(also creamy foundations)
hi Amanda! i saw in one of your videos you recommended the wet n wild stick blush in the peachy shade and i want to try the more berry shade. would you recommend that one? if you've tried it, please reply. i love your videos
Freck came out with a liquid blush that is so pretty and dewy with one really unique color that I think you'd love!
can you review the maybelline cheek heat gel creme
Do you have thoughts on the undone beauty blushes?
