Indeed indeed. I almost bought a Vanquish Stance VRD then I saw Redcat released the Ascent Fusion after Ascent 18 and whoa...the Stance might be great but I still have to buy upgrades for it.
I’d do servo on axle to rid their awful geometry I might buy this do the with 4link by 1tenth. it’s super goofy 3rd link on wrong side shock crashing into panhard mount etc. then move this motor to my scx10iii and take my old 1200kv fusion pro out since the final drive ratio is still fast. Nice looking rig tho. Watch the 2FMRC he does this on the ascent it’s titled “Red cat Ascent Mods! Best RTR Crawler of 2023?!” I have the marksman and same old they struggle to execute 3link CMS I may have to put a bomber axle or rift in it.
I got mine today wow how big is it compared to seeing it on RUclips, I’ve got the first one in the uk 🇬🇧 I think it will be rare like the gen8 so i am going to look after it, I’m getting Treal Beadlocks 2 Black then 2 blue when back in stock.
I’ve ordered some 1:10 accessories for it, a oil barrel 🛢 fire extinguisher 🧯 nitrous bottle 💈shovel, petrol can, wooden barrel 🛢old style tool box 🕋 bungee cords straps and roof rack netting but not for a roof rack just yet 😂
Yes, indeed. They are different. This calls out the Sport and stomps on it like the FMS FCX10 calls out the optioned TRX4 and stomps on it. FACTS I have every one of them and know these truths...
@OkieDokieBoi all Trx4 are trail trucks, period. Trx4 is a far more versatile platform and I will continue to buy it way before I buy something where parts aren't readily available.
@reddeerrebelrc6674 I'm not having issues finding parts for any of them, myself. And aftermarket is about to swarm the FMS. I'm just over the fact of the cost for a TRX that you have to fork another $1200 plus into just to be comparable. They're pure chit out of the box. And you're not alone, there are many others like you out there maaad about it! 🤣🤘✌️
Redcat killed it with this one. Compared to the Stance or Axial seems like Redcat is the one to watch...

Yeah, I couldn't wait to get my hands on one, and I am glad that I did before they sold out!

Awesome! I have heard a number of people mentioning that they do not have dealers in the UK. Sounds like you have some great plans for it!

Mine arrived yesterday, woohoo!!
Nice! Get that thing out on the rocks!!!
Hold my Beer 🍺😂 What a rig, Ascent Fusion. Thanks for your video 👍 Mine come Friday....
Haha. Thank you! You're gonna LOVE it!!
Oh my God!!! That's a sweet Datsun 👍
Thank you! I've got a video on it, and hope to post more in the future. They're great cars!
Use shelf liner for battery tray !
Good call! That would definitely help with the sliding!
Sick rig & the beats are fire! 🔥
Thank you!
It does need an angled skid it would help it because out of all the videos I watched that skid gets hung up on everything and new tires
I agree the skid plate could help, but the tires are honestly great already!
Can’t you take the skids off and change the angle by using the removable skid plate wholes
Can you get 22* wheels and tyres make it taller !
You have me sold! I just subscribed your channel. 👍👍👍👍
Thank you!! Welcome aboard!
*Sigh* guess I'm gonna go buy one.
You should! You won't regret it!
I want that Z !
I love that car! Thank you for watching!
Great job!
Thank you for watching!!
Can we add a 6inch driver 😮
Not in this rig! This one is for comp, not scale crawling.
@@turtlelaboratories oh dang..ok thanks
Decal it up so you know your rig!
Not sure why I didn't think of that! Haha!
Whats the cheat code ?
The cheat code is the Redcat Racing Ascent Fusion.
Wow.. so no functional headlights or rear lights 😮😮😢😢
Nope, it's meant to be a comp style rig, so headlights are not usually on them.
It’s not revolutionary no offense. Electronics don’t make the heart of a crawler. I do like it tho indeed
I respect that. I am speaking more on the fact that all these bits are offered as an RTR, and at such a low price.
Why do you keep comparing this Redcrap to a Trx4? 2 completely different platforms.
I don't believe I made a comparison between the two rigs, but thank you for watching.

@OkieDokieBoi Ill put a sport with exact same money into it up against this anyway...its the driver, not the truck.
