I think it would be dope if they introduced classic teams into FIFA. Like in NBA 2K how you can play with legendary teams from the past. I would love to control Pep's Barca, The Dream Team, Inter from 2010, Porto from 2004, Invincible Arsenal, SAF's United, etc.
