They are one of the most interesting bands I’ve heard in recent years. They have great energy and thoughtful lyrics that I think everyone can relate to.
Her vocal performance- to reproduce songs like this, all the notes, accurately, as is on the album- is rare and exceptional among exceptional vocalists. Such a treat to witness live.
"I will crucify my dreams to be on your side, to see you alive". Love these lyrics. Probably the most selfless I've ever heard. ❤ Thank you for such good music.
I saw them live at the ace of spades in Sacramento, 22. Oh my god that shit went sooo HARD live. They sound so great live i spent that night without a voice and with sore legs from dancing and screaming all night.
Wow! My wife discovered this band by accident here and showed me this and holy crap! I'm now a huge fan! This is a great band and I'm waiting for the next show here in Seattle, WA. This band kicks ass!
Awesome!! This is one of those moments where people are nearly witnesses to the craftsmanship of this group and see the music they are making. It appears that this group just loves the work they are putting together regardless if people are there to see them do it. Maybe the crowd is just zombified because they are in shock of how good this is.
Masterful. This is what perfection looks like in my opinion. Just the right balance of structure and energy-melody percussion and strings with great hooks.
Something. . . Something real exists in this band. In 1965, '75, '85, 2022, they would be and are important. You see it in their presence of stage, a dark verve.
Got to see them live at the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand last month...they kicked ass, along with Lucius and Now Now. If you get the chance to see any of them live, do it. It's well worth the ticket price..and then some :>
I’ve been coming back to these vevo videos for years loving every performance and always manage to get annoyed at the crowd at some point! How can you not move your body to this music!? At least a subtle sway or something! Standing there like statues I don’t get it!?
The first time i heard this band i was listening to blonde redhead and metric. I was finding alot of girl fronted bands that were kickarse , and had the sound i was looking for. Fine sound crafting and perfect for the chill out sessions at work. Like old hooverphonic and the lot. I love the emotional energy the girls bring to this kind of music. But not trip hop , i can play this kind of music while im painting a canvas and its never obtrusive. " playing that song thats so illusive and the magick music makes your morning move " -- Rush.
+Chris Diedrick I hate the recording lol for some reason I love this live though. Is it odd to hate a studio recording of a song but absolutly love it live?
I agree this sounds better live. I really like all of their songs live. Susanne Sundfor is another great example of someone who sounds better live ALWAYS - her voice can not be fully appreciated any other way.
If you are inspired by their live performance (can't say that for even my favourites like NIN) from your easy chair at home, it says a lot about a band!
Correction: "Whiter Shade of Pale" was by Procol Harum, not The Zombies. I was probably thinking, too, of the impact of The Zombies' "She's Not There" when comparing the trip exemplum of Phantogram's "Howling at the Moon".

I’ve been coming back to these vevo videos for years loving every performance and always manage to get annoyed at the crowd at some point! How can you not move your body to this music!? At least a subtle sway or something! Standing there like statues I don’t get it!?
Same it’s just powerful and takes me back to a time of love and despair
Greatest group of the 20-teens. Period.
that was hypnotic :D SARAAAAAAH
Yes! Saw them open for Muse. Awesome
The lyrics to this song are deep as thev ocean.
Im speechless to this performance
то как люди с замиранием стояли и слушали, поглощенные этим ощущением очарованности красноречивее всего описывает насколько Фантограм невероятные
Saw them opening for muse, they were amazing!

"I TURN IT AROUND, AND FACE THE C" --- IT'S THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE XO LOVE JH
Amo esa mujer 💕 NECESITO UNA EXACTA EN MI VIDA 😅
Shoe gaze is definitely a groove that I dig.
How many people have never heard of Phantogram? Not fair...
They fooking rules!

Same idk why! But the next chance i get to, i won't pass on it!!

+Chris Diedrick Yup! Me too :)
+Chris Diedrick I hate the recording lol for some reason I love this live though. Is it odd to hate a studio recording of a song but absolutly love it live?

I've never heard the recording and I love it more already :))
Beautiful!
If you are inspired by their live performance (can't say that for even my favourites like NIN) from your easy chair at home, it says a lot about a band!
Is it just me, or is the mix for the end clip of the same song generally better for some reason?
DYNAMIC DUO
Damn gooooood band!

"Not the shooting stars,
Not the crashing cars."
Thanks
Like the new guitar lick during the chorus
holy shit... this is the new portishead
These people are completely involved in their music. No fat.
So 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
mi canción favorita :3
Pretty dope
what's wrong with the crowd? WHY ARE THEY JUST STANDING THERE?
poor sobs look like zombies. maybe they were just mesmerized like in a trance or some shit.
Because they're in a state of shock and mesmerized by the display of talent in front of them.
You do know this is shoegaze, right? That's what a shoegaze crowd does.
@@RTYB are u trolling?
@@RTYB a part or two
You guys were incredible for Muse❤️
.muy. ruó el mundo es que no se 🕘 de la que 0apa
