I am absolutely in love with the artistic symbolism in this music video. Whatever producer made this honestly thank you, you did an unbelievable job and I'm sure you don't receive enough credit for how incredible this symbolism is. I love it

This....out of all the music videos I've ever seen....I do believe is more than likely my absolute favorite of all time. It's perfectly fine; I do prefer to balance it with a bit of left brain, too, especially because the people who made the video studied and created a project for it, so there's an underlying structure behind it that I feel would go to waste if not given the attention it deserved. People stare into mirrors all the time when they are on drugs. It's a contemplative thing. Some people love to stare into a mirror and think while drugging, while others are sketched out by the experience and have to avoid them. Either way, mirrors and drugs do have a relationship.
So many feels for this. The part that gets the most is the build up crescendo and release when he is trying to warn his young self of a monster that has had a grip on him (whether it be addiction or a relationship) and wanting his young self to be stronger and blow it away

When I listen to this song I always think about how hard it can be to be a human sometimes… how uncomfortable it can be to be in this body in this strange world, and life and death… it’s just all so confusing and beautiful and terrible at the same time. it’s insane to think about. Such a beautiful masterpiece, and the video is so surreal and beautifully made. An empowering song.
