Thanks for joining us for another video. We've tried a different approach with this one, our editing skills aren't amazing to say the least 😂 but we've added some extra tips within the video.

Although the focus / tips of this particular video is on 1v1s, we show you guys how we work on them.
One of the biggest things with 1v1s is knowing when its going to be a 1v1. The only way you can start to understand this better is by making sure that the information is present in training.
