@@somalighosh3355 mam please explain lung patterns in detail... thank you
Is it possible that a spiculated lung nodule is benign?
Awesome ❤
Maam , do we use histological subtypes of adenocarcinoma in our reports... ?
No we need not..just solid, part solid ,ground glass nodule is enough
Excellent presentation. I am 67 years and I just found out that I have a 4mm nodule in my right lung. Can you tell me if I need a follow up? Doctors here is just money, money. I will appreciate if you can answer me. Thanks
According to the British Thoracic Society guidelines, any nodule less than 5 mm,needs no further follow up at all
@@somalighosh3355 thank you so much
13mm*13mm hyperdense focus with surrounding ground glass is seen in subpleural location of lobe.2)no calcification 3)few fobroatelactic bands are seen4)multiple mediastinal lymph nodes are noted largest being 8mm in precarinal region....this is my mom's (age 51)report .....what conclusion can be drawn from this...it is high risk or low risk
Iam also facing the same issue is your mom ok please tell me
How is your man doing?
If ggo with 5% solid part. 11mm when is follow up.and want % malignant non snooker.
Mam i have cough for last three months dr advice me for ct scan and the impression is few small ground glass attenuating centrilobular nodules are seen in the apical segment of right upper lobe please tell me is it serious
What can we do,or any medicines doc?
They found one of these in my lower left lobe during a routine CT scan that I have every 6 months for testicular cancer followup. It was my 5th-6th scan and nothing had showed up before this.
They said it's 18mm in size, ill defined and slightly nodular. They scheduled a 3 month follow up CT scan that I go to tomorrow. I'm a 29 year old male, have never smoked, I don't think I've ever been exposed to asbestos and it's at the very bottom of my lung. So I don't really have any of the high risks. But still super nervous about the results.
Lets hope for the best!
I hope everything was good news. How are you doing now?
@@believe8464 I went in for my scan and waited a few weeks but never received a follow up call. I eventually went in for another scan 6 months after that after receiving an email that I had another CT appointment. They never called me to follow up on that either. No emails or anything.
I actually forgot about it until now to be honest. I probably should have called them and checked in, but life kind of got in the way and I actually forgot about it up until now.
I feel totally fine and healthy and actually had covid a few months ago and recovered fine with very few symptoms. So not sure what it was all about to be honest.
@@dacasman so happy to hear! Thanks for the update! No news is good news I say! 👍🏻
