He was great at communicating without specifically mentioning names ("Ehhh certain people feel...") and getting points across ("maybe you should take some responsibility for yourself") Paulie, on the other hand, as much as I liked his character, always complained and seemed to never be happy. And you just don't talk to Sil like that.
