  • Springtime here!
In this tutorial I’m going into detail 3 beginner spin pole moves; The Dagger, Sit, and Layback. Than we can combine them all together and make a pretty spin combo.
For these moves I recommend having shorts on so your thighs are exposed. Your exposed skin will help you better to grip the pole.
Put on one of your fav song, try both sides and remember to have fun with it!

Love this Springtime! I've been doing pole on and off for several years, getting back into it over the last year or so. I like the dagger move, and I can do my pole sits well, but the transition from dagger to pole sit makes my pole spin too fast and i cant keep control. I think my left leg naturally is going to pole for the dagger move, maybe that's why. Thanks for the combo anyway. I love you slinky movements too.

Totally understand, just like anything even getting used to controlling your spin and getting used to spinning fast takes a lot of time and practice so go slow. But it’s something to work towards bc spinning fast is very impressive to people. Thank you for the comment 🙏

Is it normal for your fingers to go numb first starting pole? My middle fingertips have been numb for 2 days becauss i was going hard im a beginner just learning how to lift myself up

Well, I’m not a doctor! Maybe ask your doctor. But I have a friend but she’s VERY advanced and she told me this happens to her hands when she does too many deadlifts. So it happens but I do think it’s a sign maybe you’re over training. Maybe go slow, especially in the beginning. Pole is SUPER hard! You need to give your body time to learn this new way to move.
