St. Edward's University Recognized at the Texas Capitol for Commitment to Educating Latino Students

Texas House Representative Lulu Flores (HD 51), who represents the hilltop, filed a resolution acknowledging St. Edward's University's commitment to educating Latino students.
HR 23 highlights that St. Edward's recently earned the selective, national Seal of Excelencia, as well as generous donations from The Hector and Gloria López Foundation and The Hispanic Bar Association of Austin.
Faculty, staff, students, trustees and administrators represented the university in the House Chamber gallery at the Texas Capitol during the reading of the resolution and the recognition by the Texas House of Representatives.
