The studio absolutely loved working on this show. And it's so evident in every aspect of it. Even the OP is sung by a group made just for the show, Mob Choir.
When I started watching and cruncyroll still allowed comments, one of the comments was "Reigen is like s shark. I swear, if he stops moving, he'll die." And I was unable to not see that any time he's on screen, and now you will be as well.

mob psycho is great because aside from just having stunning visuals and artwork, it's also got a really heartfelt story and themes that hit hard when they're meant to. mob isn't your typical overpowered main character, because he sees his powers as just another aspect of him, like someone who is good at math, and doesn't see them as something that makes him special. he constantly strives to improve himself because he knows that his powers won't help him in the areas that actually matter to him, like making friends and maintaining relationships. This is idea reinforced throughout the entire series and I love it.

My favorite anime of all time, could even be my favorite show of all time. Also Dub is the way I like to watch it, that's unarguable for me. It's literally perfect that way. 3:36 is a good reason for it, but genuinely the performances and humor work better in dub (unless you speak japanese)

The oil on glass is such a unique style. You can see how they rework the painting rather than creating each frame from scratch.

Guys be aware that Mob usually doesnt get as many views as a lot of other shows because not a lot of people know it. But its 100% worth it
