Correction: we don't actually display tones in the Filipino alphabet. In fact, we rarely or never use tones ever in Tagalog or Cebuano and many major languages.

During the first half of 20th century, formal writing in Tagalog uses diacritics. Also, it's not tone, it represents stress.

Sorry to say, but it falls within 200 nm, or the philippine exclusive economic zone. What can you administer in a mere reef except for exercising SOVEREIGN RIGHT over it by the Philippines, which is entitled to it under UNCLOS. btw, China has NO BASIS whatsoever, no history no nada, as upheld by the permanent court of arbitration.

The Philippines was under American rule back then. If the Axis powers won, this would be the perspective. I wonder what would have happened if the Philippines became like Thailand during WW2. Thailand joined the Axis to avoid Japanese destruction (the Japanese invaded them for hours). Could Manila have avoided such destruction during 1945? Manila was the 2nd destroyed city after Warsaw. And the Philippines was stuck between USA and Japan (greater east asia co-prosperity sphere) - 2 superpowers. It is still stuck now, between China and USA. Geopolitics never changed, only the players.

You don't understand when I tell you these, everything is made up.
History written by victory that people believe it, let me tell you what part I research and found the clubs of truth from rewriting history.
-What took you to realize Thailand and Japan are only 2 independent nation of asia?
-In japanese newspaper and Behind The China, it reveal China start second sino japanese war not by Japan who want to avoid conflict.
-United States provoke Japan then send their aircraft to boom Japan's mainland without declare war before Perl Harbour. You can look up newspaper that said "JAPAN MAY STRIKE OVER WEEKEND" and it part of Rainbow War Plan.
-Before japanese invade Indochina, british or french boom Thailand's mainland then Thai had to fight back. History school and Wiki say Thailand was forced to join Japan is a lie.
-Nanjing massacre over 300000 in 6 weeks is unrealistic. Western newspaper did mention Nanjing but also say the number of civilian is 200,000. After Nanjing battle, japanese found out there were only 200,000. So how there were massacre happened when population was increased to 250000 while under japanese rule?
Also, do you know why Nanjing Massacre never mention in Tokyo Trials?
      Because it Don't exist.
