Meh, I ordered a $3k computer from Xidax, and they didn't even bother putting packing material in the outer box. So the entire journey, the PC was shifting around 1/2” back and forth.. I heard a screw roll around the second I picked the box up.
So that's that... Someone forgot to put the cushion in the outer box.. So GPU gets messed up in transit..
They want me to drive 30 miles to the UPS store to return it and the cherry on top.. They want me to buy the packing material to put in the outer box to send it back.
Needless to say, getting a refund and won't be using a company that so carelessly packs equipment and then expects the customer to pick up the tab.
Why would I ever send it back to get fixed, wait a whole 30 days just to do this all over again? Yeah no thanks.
Pass. What you guys want for financing I'd rather go by a new car.

A couple months ago when building my brothers PC, he asked me why I didn't go pre built.
I used best buy as an example.
After this trash ass presentation, I'll be sure to show him Xidax is the reason you never buy pre builts lol.
To each their own, we take time and love what we do! Buying through us or building your own, as long as its sharing the love of cool gaming PCs, we respect it! Hope you have a better day!
As Bruh Meme said, this company isn't one to bash quality wise. A PC of that quality is no easy feat and they obviously have people creating these machines who know their shit. Cyber Power and Walmart prebuilts are miserable, but this doesn't even compare. Look at the watercooling on that thing and then say what you just said again with a straight face.
