Yep.
You will have a personal PTAN (Medicare provider number) that can be reassigned to multiple different entities.

Hi Valerie, if you want to treat Medicare beneficiaries at the gym you will need to lease space and submit your lease during the Medicare contract enrollment. I will try to make an updated video on this.

Gregory Khaimov Generally yes, but it depends on the HMO plan. Many are closed to new providers.

Hello, can you please tell me how to fill cms-460? and this form is required for 855I or 855B or for both? and what should be the effective date on the form in middle section of the form?

only for the 855B and if you have not already started treating Medicare patients then use today as your effective date.

I have done the 855 I and R but not the B. I have a group 2 PTAN. What's the point of getting a PTAN for my business if every employee or IC has to be individually credentialed with payers? I have not done the 855b. Nor do I know if I've done the CMS 460 (believe it was completed by billing nerds when they set up hellonote) should I reach out to Billing Nerds for this question or is there a way to find out on PECOS? I get paid direct deposit from MAC J15 so I'm assuming this CMS 460 is irrelevant.
