ReadyTemp can help thaw pipes that are frozen when the pipes are connected to the same mainline. Heated water molecules will be absorbed by cooler water molecules. Thus, heat gets transferred throughout pipes that are frozen.

Should i turn off the water heater?? Cold water won't run, and the heater can either be empty or with frozen water.

      Hi Rafael,
We'll need a little more information. Is the heat out? Are the pipes frozen? Is it a gas or electric water heater?

@Ace Hardware the water heater is electric. It's located at the service room, and all the water pipes are under the house (pretty much outside the house), and they all frozen. Im just afraid the water heater because it has no water(maybe) can overheat. No water is circulating through the pipes now. They are PEX pipes, all of them.
