Couldn’t agree more Terry. When I’m hiring new talent I place huge importance on attitude. Many skills can be learned by curious people who have a can-do attitude. Great video
I made a drive at work to focus more on attitude vs certs for hiring (though some we needed for visa reasons) and it honestly changed things so much. I really believe you cannot teach attitude/personality. Everything else we could train them up on.

Hi Terry! I am looking to return to Ireland next year after many years away and am thinking of looking for a mortgage on an apartment. Are there any significant differences in the buying process for an apartment vs a house, such as getting inspections done etc? Im right at the beginning of this plan so any and all info or advice would be great.
