Building Tube Half doors for my 1987 Ford Ranger

In this video I build the tube doors for my Ford Ranger Truggy rock crawler The Mutt. Built from scratch by myself these work in conjunction with my factory doors I converted to be removable, as seen in the preceding video. Everything you see in this video can be applied to a Bronco2 as well.

XJ Cherokee guys use pool noodles inside the fenders so the tires cant throw dirt, rocks or mud up into the door jam👍

Flip your door light bolt around so head of bolt hits light switch, then double nut it in place with a nut on either side of hinge plate. Get the serrated hinge bushings to put in hinges to nut wear out pins.

The pins are stainless steel now so I don’t think wear is going to be an issue

would you consider expanded steel mesh instead of that netting? could weld in some mounting tabs incase you needed to replace it... looks good though!
