Man my ranger needs a set of these soo bad! I just went to Windrock last month, AOAA before that and good evening ranch before that. I’d love to wheel with a bunch of other ford rangers! I have a couple guys with broncos but everyone has jeeps… I’m in Virginia btw
@@DangerRanger89 well I showed ya how easy these are to build so get out there and give it a shot! I’m actually headed to Windrock in 2 weeks for a weekend event. I’m praying it stays dry so we can hit Walden’s Ridge this time
@@randumadventures we wheeled in that last hurricane during the Dixie run so it wasn’t the best first trip there. I’d 100% go back but it’s a long drive for me to go for a day or two
Flip your door light bolt around so head of bolt hits light switch, then double nut it in place with a nut on either side of hinge plate. Get the serrated hinge bushings to put in hinges to nut wear out pins.
this looks like a fun project i think you convinced me to make my own.
Mission accomplished then!
@motoboggin2619 i know someone who has a prototype design in bendtech cad 😁
sweet rig! It's like a mini full size invasion! hahaha
Yeah not much mini left on this one!
Nice work. New subscriber/ 54 y.o. lifelong Ford / F-series-Bronco / Ranger-Bronco ll fan.
Can't wait to go back and view more of your videos.
Welcome aboard! Hope you enjoy what you see! I’m particularly proud of my build series of this truck
Really Cool Idea , You cant beat ( on demand tube doors ) for a Rig .
I should have built these from the start
Good job bro 👍

I need to get back on my tube door project
Yes you do
Look at you doing Jeeple things 😂. Going to be so nice for trail visibility and ventilation. BTW windshield delete is next 🤯
lol I was thinkin about removable top next
XJ Cherokee guys use pool noodles inside the fenders so the tires cant throw dirt, rocks or mud up into the door jam👍
Hmmm good idea, I’ll have to pick one up and see if that will work for me

The pins are stainless steel now so I don’t think wear is going to be an issue
Been a "Jeep Guy" for 25 years but haven't done the doorless thing in a long time. I guess I've just gotten lazy anymore
Now that you mention it I can’t remember last time I seen you doorless or topless
would you consider expanded steel mesh instead of that netting? could weld in some mounting tabs incase you needed to replace it... looks good though!
If I did it would have to be aluminum
How did you build the flatbed
You’ll have to go back about 2yrs ago in my vids from when I started this project and I show and explain the tube bed. I built it myself
