Viel Erfolg beim Üben und denkt immer daran: Safety First! ;)
Please be careful when you do the Pegasus because it is rather bad for your shoulder and trying it very often can lead to long-term pain and injuries. This is why we think that you shouldn't do it out of a crucifix. You should be able to do and hold the twisted grip shouldermount adequately before you try the Pegasus. Have fun while trying and always remember: Safety First! ;)

I struggle terribly imagining these moves before doing them, but you video make the steps really clear and easy to follow!
Thank you for the great tutorial.

Thank you ;) To be honest, the Pegasus is not my favourite move in the world because my shoulders don't like it that much. I don't do it that often :-P

I really struggle to get my forearm down onto the pole, not sure if that's flexibility or technique... 😢

Dear Hannah, you could try the arm position out of a standing position first to get used to it (not up in the air). In my class, we always do a dry run first before we go up on the pole. I hope this helps. Feel free to send me a video on Instagram and I will have a look

Thank you! I've been trying to get this from other positions but no luck, I'll see if this one is better 😊 what scares me is that elbow hold, I feel like it's a lot of strain on your shoulder, do you have any tips for warming up this part or tips to prevent injury?

To be honest - Pegasus is also a move that is really not my favorite because my shoulders are also tight and not that flexible. Listen to your body and google shoulder warm-up exercises to be safe. If it's not your trick, just skip it and do something you really enjoy ;)

So i recorded myself doing pegasus and I think it looks exactly the same but I just can't hold it at the end ): and I strained my inner thigh and knee they really hurt after trying... is it just that I have the wrong balance?

Hey, thank you very much for your feedback. Have you ever tried it out of an Outside Leghang position? I will do a video for you. To hold it properly, you have to engage every muscle and it is very difficult to hold it. If you got hurt, please see a doctor because it is really difficult for me to analyze and do a telediagnosis :-P Stay healthy

@@Polestructions Ooh, no I haven't tried from a leg hang... Omg thank you so much, that would be really helpful! I don't think it is that bad haha, don't worry :) Love your videos! x
