Like you, I really embraced study aesthetic and study culture in school. I found it really difficult after graduating college becuase I didn't feel like I could romanticize working life the way I did with academics. I am using Korean self-study to fill the void, but of course, it is not exactly the same when I am all on my own choosing the "syllabus" and motivating myself. I am happy to find your channel, because it motivates me to keep going!
