He cooked ramen for me and said he’d eaten only ramen for the last 48 years. How can that be?

I went to Park Byung-gu's grandfather (he’s 91 years old) for volunteer work and filming.
I was worried about his health when I heard he’d eaten only ramen for 48 years. He said,
"the reason I ate only ramen was that I couldn't digest food because of intestinal stenosis and narrow passage of the intestines. A friend recommended I try eating ramen and I felt comfortable and satisfied after eating it".
When I saw him I thought, even though he’s old and his hearing isn’t good, he looked healthy.
I hope he will be always healthy.
