valhalla is a mejestic hall located in Asgard and presided over by the god Odin, and whose souls were guided there by the Valkyrie ,half of those who died in battle were taken to valhalla and the other half were selected by the goddess Freyja to reside in Fólkvangr
It's 'valhalla calling me'. As in the afterlife is calling. The Norse believed that to die in battle would send them to a heaven of sorts. Though a lot less peaceful afterlife, and more everlasting fighting without consequense. I recomend 'The Saga of Biorn' here on youtube. It's a funny animated video about seeking such an afterlife.
"oooh ho hohoho, the echo's of eternity, oooh ho hohoho, Vallhallah calling me. oooh ho hohoho, to pluck the strings of destiny. oooh ho hohoho, Vallhallah calling me. Vallhallah calling me."
@@favouriteislandgirl Valhalla is a place for fallen warriors chosen by Freya who will join the Æsir in the war of Ragnarök which translates doom of the gods aka end of the world and defend midgard which means earth
In Norse mythology Valhalla ( the hall of the slain) is is the home of the God Odin where all "vikings" who die an honourable death in battle go. OK that's perhaps a bit of an oversimplification but close enough for a starting point. A side note Thor and Loki are Odin's son's.
Fun fact. Miracle of Sound put out many videos on tik tok etc requesting that Peyton Parrish stop singing his song etc...apparently there was some legal issues with it. Also, Valhalla is the heaven of Viking Culture. When a viking dies in battle, they go to Valhalla where they eat, drink, sing and be happy for eternity
Gav (Miracle of Sound) recently released his 'War Chant' version of the song, and it's much better than this. Peyton Parish has been singing this song at live shows and not giving any credit to Miracle of Sound. Listen to the other versions instead.
Lmao, no its not. Peyton parrish kills it with every song he sings. Maybe he does things not quite the right way, but ive never heard a better version of anything than Peyton, he just has the perfect vocals and he’s mastered the craft. Miracle of sound is good, but Peyton is definitely better
Vikings did come from both Sweden, Norway and Denmark. Not far from where I live, it's an island called Birka, it is known as a big marketplace where vikings did go to sell or trade the things they did take from those the vikings did fight against to steal from them. The island Birka lays in Mälaren that is connected to Stockholm and from there they could sail to the Baltic Sea.

Valhalla is the viking heaven
Only for men who die in battle gloriously
Valhalla (viking afterlife) Calling Me!

Thor is a son of Odin and Frig, just like Baldr, Hodr and a bunch of others, but Loki was born of two giants and has no real blood relation to Odin.
@axecarver loki did trick odin into doing a blood oath so tgats why hes considered a god
@@DustinReinhardt True, but a blood oath does not make you a son, at most a brother. By that logic, Loki would be Thors uncle, not brother.
You have to die in battle to enter Valhalla😊

It's due to Peyton Parrish not crediting him when performing this song. He disregards Gav in every aspect. Peyton Parrish is not a good person.
@@ShotgunJezusThen why do they collaborate on so many songs along with Colmb McGuiness?
