Interesting idea to use the comment section for the weekly client updates for management alongside the activity view. I used the description for this and have the recurring task for due dates. I've also added a bit of workflow (status -> in review -> needs revision -> approved) once approved, added automation to send to client. Too bad there's no way to do templates in the comment, or did I miss anything? Awesome video!
You can't use templates in comments, BUT you can leverage a tool like TextExpander (check out our video here: ruclips.net/video/rynyszHIWLQ/видео.htmlsi=o5aB7UPar8QBqp_X). This is what we use internally to "template" these comments.
The blog article can be written in a ClickUp doc in the clients folder, not in the CRM. Then, for feedback, the article should be posted in the parent task to keep all communication centralized in one place!

So it looks like you write the blog article within the client CRM and not inside the subtask details? Any videos showing this process?
