Amazing Destroyer combo using knockdowns and launch

Used Knee Kick for the daze, caught the backroll with Z knock down, used iframe C on his ground counter to trigger the counter and resist it, getting the knock up on C. Instead of using it for the air combo, I wait for him to fall back down to use the 1s knock down instead, knock him down again with 4. Since both Enoll's backroll and ground counter are on cd, I'm free to ani cancel and I continue the combo afterwards with the stun on 2, finishing him off with more ani cancel.

How do you ani cancel so good? are u using LB RB or keyboard buttons? or something else? wouldnt mind watching a indepth destroyer video like your KFM one.
