I do the first part like spread it out but I don't use Bobby pens as spread it out like on a circle on my head when it's in a pony tail and just grab it all and put a hair tie in it and wala it's done

Lacey Stratton Thank you. This is not my natural curl, I curled it before hand with a 1 inch tapered barrel curling iron. Unfortunately I can't do a tutorial for that now because my hair is so much longer!!

Me too I have a-line shoulder length hair
what I used to do because my hair was shorter in the back is I braid the baby hairs not french braid just braid as high as I can then pin them up, they won't fall out all day
