Outkast is one of the best things to happen to hip-hop!🔥🥂
No cap
Indeed. 3 stacks is probably my singular favorite rapper ever
This is correct and I'm not just saying it cause I am a Atlien
They put the south in the map. They won an award and 3000 made a statement that rolled through hip hop. There is a video on RUclips.
I hope they react to “return of the G” the lyrics hit hard on that one
watching these dudes videos got me feeling happy and depressed all at the same damn time. i'm 41 and these reactions really makes me appreciate what i lived through. those were the days.
On god I'm only 36 and feel like this
Facts!!! I'm 44 and I can legit say We grew up in some of the Best of times. I wouldn't change the Era I grew up in For nothing. The Good or The Bad.
This song was EVERYWHERE in Atlanta when it came out! That was truly a great moment
@@els1f It was everywhere in Philly too💯💯💯 We LOVE Outlast from jump #SouthernPlayalisticCadilacFunkyMusic 🔥🔥🔥
Facts
Please do the art of story telling. One of there most underrated songs ever.
Part 1 and Part 2
And part 4 plz
My gawd that’s the one tho part 2 my shit
Far from underrated!
All their songs are underated
Andre’s flow off that last verse is still one of my favorites of all time.
Y’all should hear Aquemeni also. Andre again ends that one off like a boss. Just smooth as hell.
Yes
Aquemini is by far one of the dopest hip hop collaborations by far
I swear I spot one every now and then.
@@michaelproski6315 one of my absolute favorites of all time I think. The way the beat “warps and bends 😉 “ at the end there along with their approach to delivery and concept is just as polarizing and fascinating as the MCs and concept. Hands down a 💯 record.
@@4523bgb It’s happening again, wish I could tell you when.
Outkast's first 3 albums are so damn good. By far my favorite Hip-Hop duo
They never missed with an album. You saw growth in every project 🔥🔥🔥
All of their first three albums are classics! All of them deserved 5 mics in The Source & every other Hip-Hop/Rap award.
4*
Mines too!!!
first 3? all of them are great in their own way.. even their solo stuff like big boi's sir lucious left foot. even 3stack newset "unreleased" feature on donda.. some not as good as others but all were great!. outkast the goats fr. 3 stacks my #1 but big boi is right up there.. their verses always had a message..
Big Boi is very underrated because of how incredible 3K is but they bounced off each other perfectly. Big Boi is top 20 of all time although a lot of people will exclude him
Big Boi is definitely underrated and deserves more credit like you said, but top 20 all time is too much credit lol
Andre's favorite rapper of course is Big Boi
So true
Facts
Big Boi has always been a better rapper than Andre
Definitely do more old school OutKast. I love their song with Goodie Mob "Get up Get Out"
daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn right
Can't like this comment enough, that song was an eye opener to my 17 year old self
Aquemini is my favourite, I only heard Outkast for the first time 2 years ago
Oh damn you got a lot of catching up to do then homie. 😂
@@vaevictus4434 me too
Outkast are legends. I am 40 now and this was what I bumped in high school and college. They have so many songs that are vibes.
"Wheelz of Steel", "Skew it on the Bar-B", "Walk It Out", "Jazzy Belle", "International Players Anthem"...man I could go on forever. 3 Stacks and Daddy Fat Sax are my all time. No matter what songs you choose, it'll get your head nodding for days.
That entire album is a blueprint for good hip hop. Modern artists should take note
This generation would be brain wrecked even trying to take a note 😂. They'd have to think to much & that's not what they wanna do
@@kalives5774 I heard that 2 Pac needed an average of 2 attempts for a song in the studio. Nobody can do that today.
Andre 3000 is top 10 (love Big Boi too). This is their second best album (I think Aquemini is their best work) but their whole catalogue is great. You need to go through this discography.
Their album Aqumeni is so good. Super creative, totally agree.
Agree
I think Aquemini is their best song too
Dre is top one
Big Boi > Dre
This whole album is 🔥
Same FACTS!!!😁
Fax
Aquemeni is 🔥 too
outkast is one of the great rap groups ever!!
andre3000 and big boy!
players ball please !!
Facts 💯, my favorite group be Bone Thugs-N-Harmony but Outkast is a very close 2nd 💯🔥🔥🔥
@@popz4470 outkast for me! for that southern rap!
@@popz4470Kast my fav but that “it’s bone and biggie biggie” one of my fav all time songs 😁
Please do Southernplayalisticadillacmusic or Players Ball from their 1st and best album. It's the only playa/gangsta album they did before andre switched his style but the lyrics are still fire
Facts!!!!
Dont know if you herd it players ball extended version is fire its on yt
They need to do players ball fa sho or do int'l players anthem by UGK and OUTKAST
The first 2 albums were everything. Then shit started getting weird.
@@bayridin5606 all the playas came from far and wide....... Yes indeed.
Awwwww man can't wait for y'all to check out more Outkast. They are tooooo nice!
Auqmenini is the best
I grew up bumping Outkast ATAliens one if the best hiphop albums of all time
One of my favorite Outkast songs.
React to UGK's Murda!
BROOOOOO LISTEN TO THE SONG AQUEMINI!!!!!!!!!!! HOLY SHIT OUTKAST IS THE BEST EVER! So glad you finally got on them! The whole Aquemini album goes hard, but the self titled track is unbelievable!
YESSSSSS
goddamn i hope they do aquemeni. they’ll lose their fucking minds
@@bigw725 when that outro comes back on them they may break the chair falling back so hard!
@@Linden531 everything about the song will have them bouncing off the walls. the lyrics, the flows, the beat, EVERYTHING. That fire extinguisher will finally get used. I hope they see this
Groups like Outkast and rappers like Andre are the reason a lot of us OG hip hop heads dont care to listen to the stuff yalls generation be creating. We can't go from the all time great music like these two were making to the shit yall be considering hip hop... its good to see yall doing the research on the game,, respect.
Unfortunately many of us old heads don't go looking for real hip hop. All the popular artist during our times were not good... Just catchy. But we conveniently forget about them.
"Kid and Play" anyone??
Bro I've always been on the lookout for great music. Don't get twisted there's a lot of great rap out here. JCole, his crew and Label Dreamville (JID, Earth gang, Lute, Cozz, Ariel Lennox) Big Krit, Wale, Lil Baby, Deniro Farrar. The radio is corporate controlled so even though they'll let us get a little Cole or Kendrick they control the airwaves. But the Internet is wide open.
@@Iwilldoyes Fam there's a lot of good music out here. It seems like musical laziness. Don't let the radio deter you from giving modern artists a chance. Listen to JCole and Dreamville Artists. You won't regret it.
I think it’s the fact that making music is so accessible these days. So there’s alot of garbage that gets released. But a new Oddisee album in dropping soon. He’s a good artist.
Outkast is one of the best to ever do it. They put the south and ATL on the map. So many classics from these two. 100% need to check out "Da art of storytelling"
ATLiens the ALbum is classic. Your channel is dope. Keep em coming. #Salute
Outkast does not get enough recognization they are one of the best rapper groups of the 90s and they do not get enough props there are only two and they made Amazing Music better than some big name rappers that have five or six in a group they are amazing and they always will be they were definitely ahead of their time
🎉😊❤😍
I’m a 90s baby, my mom used to turn up to this and I would always hear this song when I was a kid. Nostalgic
This was my JAM!! I grew up in Atlanta and Outkast was second to none. GREAT reaction.
ATLiens, Illmatic, Reasonable Doubt, Low End Theory, Ready to Die, All Eyez On Me, Marshall Mathers LP, The Chronic, 36 Chambers, etc. All these are right there with how they completely redefined the genre.
Outkast - B.O.B. AN UNTOUCHABLE MASTERPIECE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now listen to “Aquemini” by Outkast and witness what is arguably the GOAT verse of all time from Andre 3K (last verse of song).
Facts! My mind floats and bends count to ten meet the twin Andre Ben….
Yeah…that verse makes you feel like you’re levitating
OUTKAST!!!!!!!!!!
One of the most recent showcases of Andre 3000’s lyrical ability is his feature in “life of the party” by Kanye West. It’s a masterpiece. LYRICALLY, he’s just gotta be top 5, dead or alive. (to me)❤
Now you know how us folks in our 40's think a lot of new rap and hip hop doesn't measure up. 🔥🔥🔥
Agree 100%
Preach
Maybe dont measure and just let the new generation vibe to their own sound.
I agree I grew up at the end of hip hop and it was definitely better in the late 90s and early 00s. Like Nas said in 2002- " hip hop is dead"
Facts! I’m 42 and I still have this album and know the lyrics.
Thank you. So many HS vibes hearing this track. Glad to see it being appreciated
Rosa Parks and B.O.B. are 2 amazing bangers by outkast!
One of my favorite tracks growing up, another great outkast track from the same timeframe is “Elevators”
Yes! My favorite rap group ever!! Deep lyrics like Tool. haha
Try Elevators by same album and Wheels of Steel
Heard this track a thousand times but I’m still here in my kitchen bobbing to it just like y’all. Outkast used to be unreal.
You guys are exactly like what me and my friends were like when we heard these songs for the first time 🤣 Real music is timeless.
This song was on the radio when I was growing up! The radio! No new artists are writing like Andre 3000 and making it vibe!
Outcast and the Dungeon family are LITERALLY the inspiration and the roots of any artist out of Atlanta from future to Baby....no Outkast and there is literally no them.
I suggest listening to that entire album front to back. That's really what Outkast does with their albums
I’m still blasting this album. Wheelz of steel still gets me hype.. you guys are taking me back to my teens. Much love from South Africa 🇿🇦🇿🇦
That whole ATLiens album is a crazy & is a classic. 🎤🔥🔥🔥
Absolute legends of hip-hop.
ATLiens is one of my Top 10 all-time favorite albums!
More old OutKast 🔥 they were lit asf
Outkast..my fave rappers..ATluens the best cd to me..fave song on there Jazzy Belle both mixes are good..album was way ahead of it's time.I bought it when it was released & took me 2 yrs to hear it..then it became my favorite the whole album is great👍👍👍👍
OutKast 2 dope boys in a Cadillac gotta be the next OutKast you gotta listen too
Second This
Legendary duo. The album is a classic.
I do really like Andre 3000’s verse on the Frank Ocean ‘Pink Matter’ song 🔥
I’m a huge fan of the older hip hop Outcast being one of the groups. 46 here and any of the late 80s early 90s is on my play list.
I swear you guys didn’t give enough love to that second verse. It’s one of the best I’ve ever heard.
Love your videos, really hope to see more older OutKast tracks.
You need to react to Outkast - B.O.B. (Bombs Over Baghdad) ... need the video too. The song and the video are both FIRE! It came out in 2000 and referred to the Gulf War.. but became popular in 2003 during the Irag War. I can't listen to it driving, makes me want to speed! The beat is fast, furious and contagious. "B.O.B" was 22yrs old this October.. but could easily be a hit right now.
Banger!
Outkast is one of my top three favorite rap groups! Someone needs to Collab with Andre to get him back out here!
Enjoy watching y’all…I’m 41 and I have been listening to OutKast for the majority of my life. Love the whole dungeon family. I’m from the south as well. Y’all have got to dig deeper and listen to more OutKast…Goodie Mob Killer Mike..those are just a few of the Dungeon Family. Aquemini in my opinion is the best of OutKast amazing body of work. Came out in the late 90’s I was 17-18 when it dropped and is solidify then in my hip hop veins. I was already a fan but this sealed the deal. Also check out Lil Wyte. He is a Memphis boy signed back in the day by Three 6 Mafia. He has a lot of videos and is one of my favorites for sure. Anyways y’all be good!!
Greatest duo in hip hop history! Shout out to Run Dmc, Tribe called quest, Gangstar, EPMD, Dogg Pound, Mobb Deep and Blackstar but Outkast is on another level
Gang starr beats them by far there is only one preemo and he transcends hiphop. And guru is one of the most underrated rappers ever.
@@fappe908 dawg I can’t believe I left out Gang Star but are the really a duo? That would mean we would have to ad Eric B and Rawkim?
Hahaha happens easily theres too many greats to remember them all. I mean they are two so i consider them a duo. And yeah eric b and rakim is great. Eternal reflection is underrated to i feel.
Peace man
Outkast is LEGENDARY man, easily my favorite duo of all time. Andre is top 5 DOA for me without a doubt. You should hear his verse on Aquemini, one of the best verses of all time in my opinion.
This made me smile. I’ve been an outkast fan since middle school. 3 Stacks is hands down my favorite rapper of all time. But ‘Kast to me is arguably the greatest hip hop duo to bless a mic. #atlien
The unfortunate thing about OutKast and a lot of rappers from this time period is you had to have clean songs that you could put on the radio and TV for music videos. What that meant was their best stuff gets overlooked by people who only watch their songs with music videos.
I graduated from high school in ‘97 and I lived in central Florida and my mom lived in Atlanta. I would drive up to visit her and would blast this CD on my way into town. I now live in the ATL myself and these are our hometown boys for sure. ❤️❤️❤️
Four Brothers is the best movie made by either one of them. Andre 3000 was in it. Mark Wahlberg and Tyrese one of my favorite movies
I was 14 first time hearing this song. Andre mesmerizes.
Kast has SO many jams. They all ride the eff out nonstop.
Classic album. One of my favorite of all time
Definitely do more Outkast. They wont disappoint.
Come on Everybody, we got to get them to do Outkast - Elevators ( Me & You ) !!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yes!!!!!
OutKast - Aquemini
OutKast - 13th Floor/ Growing Old
OutKast - Two Dope Boyz
Goodie Mob ft OutKast - Sky High
Goodie Mob - Cell Therapy
Goodie Mob - Thought Process
@@unknowninfinite8081 100%
I've said it before, and I'll say it again... It is amazingly cool to see some young brotha's giving props to older musicians and keeping hip-hop alive!
This is both of them bars on top of bars.... This is a classic... I ain't even gonna lie I use to request this song at the skating rink for the bars Beat!!!! Andre is one of eminems top rappers!!!! He's the shit!!!!
Jazze Bell and Babylon!! They have so many great songs!!! You can listen to ANY Album start to finish just vibin.
react to UGK ft. Outcast: International Players Anthem🔥🔥🔥
O man thanks for reminding me of this one!
This was amazing!!! I grew up on this and i know every word to every outkast song! The whole time im in my car screaming "exactly" and "yeah ni**a" every time they had to pause after the bars just made my day 😂😂😂. I wonder if i can find more reaction vids of OutKast music where people listen with headphones and also give takes on the whole production. Anyways i thank all you young brothers for doing this!!
Bruh don't ever mention Boosie with Outkast. That's disrespectful
Y’all vibing!! Love seeing you boys just being yourselves and enjoying music!!! Keep the reactions going, I’m a fan!!
Yall should do Dungeon Family - Trans DF Express. It's basically Goodie Mobb and Outkast tearing it up. Was the song that put me on to both Cee-Lo and Outkast
OutKast, to me, is the greatest duo in Hip-Hop history - to date. Their bag is overflowing with gems. Check out Goodie Mob when you have a moment, also a legendary group. "Black Ice". You won't be disappointed. Going back to OutKast, you really should just spin all their albums, front-to-back.
Whole album 🔥classic hiphop they the first rappers to put on for the south
OutKast was generational man! One of the best rap groups you’ll ever hear and this album was FIRE!
Hip-hop and rap are completely different 👏
One of my all-time faves. That whole album, just run it, no need to skip a song.
This entire album is fire!
I love seeing the next generation discover a new appreciation for the artists and music I grew up on! Outkast is one of my all-time favorites and brings me back to my middle school & high school days!
This whole album still slaps!!
Bringing back old memories!!! Appreciate your videos!!! Epically at the end.
An underrated album this is
Truer words you have never spoke
The best overall rap group of all times yea I said it 🔥
Easily two of the best to ever touch the mic.
I remember when this came out and we KEPT in the CD player. Glad to see y'all appreciate it like we did all of those years ago when we were about your age when we first heard it. Love it mane!!!!
Classic shit. React to 1 Train by A$AP Rocky, Kendrick and a bunch of other people.
One of Kendricks hardest verses no cap
This was my high school. Good to see young heads appreciating these dudes. They were breaking ground for real. Nothing else sounded like them.
3 Stacks is my favorite rapper ever. He's a dope lyricist and very intelligent. It's cool that you guys gave Outkast a chance. 🙏🏻
How have ya'll not done Outkast - "Rosa Parks" ?!
Appreciate y'all's videos for real. I tune in every night thinking I'm gone get to wind down. I end up getting hype.
Keep up the great work
You guys can literally do the entire 'Kast catalogue. Spaghetti Junction, Aquemini, Gangta Shit are some of my favorites.
Watching yall vibe to atliens just made my day thanks guys keep it going
its hard to believe.... NEVER HEARD till then?!?! BANGER
KAST....it's good to see this generation vibin' to some real real lyrics
I grew up to this. I was blessed to be a teen in the 90s so seeing the young generation vibing to this is dope.
So ahead of their time! You guys should check then “kill Jill” by Big Boi or “Shutterbug” so dope
i know every lyric to this song, never gets old, im a huge outkast fan and its heartbrakin to think Andre quit cuz he genuinely came to think he wasnt a good rapper..crazy, i often think of all the masterpieces they wouldve continued to create if they had never broken up (creative differences) much love guys! love this channel
I grew up with this music and I love seeing a younger generation finding out about it.
OutKast has so many songs that show off their abilities.. Aquemini, Skew it on the bar-b, gasoline dreams, xplosion, just off the top of my head.
Outkast has so much good music. Especially from the first 3 albums. Great reaction! Oh-yay-yer!
This is the most movement i ever seen you guys do which just means how much Outkast is a legend
** gotta listen to Benz or Beamer by Outkast. Cell Therapy by Outkast. Very underrated groups. Deep lyrics, two of my favorites
