It encapsulates Roo’s faith, the Bible verses that got him through hard times, and the literal words he spoke to me in private while wiping my tears. It’s beautiful and a gift that the girls and I will cherish forever. If you have ever lost a loved one or gone through any type of deep heartache please listen to these words.

My dad passed away 5 months ago from neuropathy. He used to like the song “Tell Me Why” from the “When Angels & Serpents Dance” album. I played for him before he died and he cried. His faith was an inspiration for me.

Felt this ♥️ Roo was a bright light in this dark world and his testimony touched so many lives. I often think about him and his girls and wife and how his faith affected all of us that crossed his path. I am blessed to have known him. I can imagine his smile from heaven as he hears this song dedicated to him, especially coming from the band and Sonny who he loved and respected so much. Thank you for giving him a heavenly gift and something for his girls to cherish. ♥️

Last year on December 3rd, my dad was killed in Honduras. I never got to meet him because he was into drugs, but after all those years of not seeing him, he was trying to change, but he changed too late. He was never there for me, but the worst part was, was that I was never there for him until the end.
